Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded. However, we understand issues can occur and offer a 14-day resolution window from the date of purchase.
If you experience a technical issue with a file or accidentally purchased the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days so we can assist you.
How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

- Your order number
- The issue you’re experiencing
- Any screenshots or details to help us resolve it quickly
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
